June 11 – Whiskey Academy Session #3 – The Old Guard

Enroll in one (or all four) of our whiskey experiences this year to expand your knowledge and expertise of the “water of life”. A “diploma” from the KCIC Whiskey Academy will give you the confidence you need to choose the perfect bottle.

This semester we are offering students the flexibility of live-streaming classes in the comfort of their own home or attending class, socially-distanced of course, in beautiful Drexel Hall on the KCIC campus.

Whiskey expert, George Vial will regale students with the background and nuances of the classic distilleries and producers of Ireland. Following COVID protocol, each participant (including our online students) will have pre-portioned samples and individually packaged snacks to complement each whiskey.

Doors open at 6:00 pm Our wee pub will be open to buy a beer or two before class starts at 7:00 pm You don’t want to be tardy.
