March 12 – Whiskey Academy Session #2 – The Power of Pot Still

Enroll in one (or all four) of our whiskey experiences this year to expand your knowledge and expertise of the “water of life” far beyond your everyday Jameson. A “diploma” from the KCIC Whiskey Academy will give you the confidence you need to choose the perfect bottle.

This semester we are offering students the flexibility of live-streaming classes in the comfort of their own home or attending class, socially-distanced of course, in beautiful Drexel Hall on the KCIC campus.

Whiskey expert, George Vial will regale students with the background and nuances of pot still whiskeys. Following COVID protocol, each participant (including our online students) will have pre-portioned samples and individually packaged snacks to complement each whiskey.
